1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking our hibachi catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Hibachi Chef Atlanta provides private hibachi catering services for events including birthday parties, corporate events, and private home dining. Our services include a professional hibachi chef, cooking equipment, and food preparation at your chosen location.
3. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings require a deposit to secure your date
- Bookings are subject to availability
- We require a $500 minimum food order for all parties
- Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event
- Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings
4. Pricing and Payment
- Standard Package: $60 per person (2 entrees)
- Premium Package: $70 per person (3 entrees)
- Kids Meal: $35 per child under 12
- Premium upgrades available: Filet Mignon (+$8), Lobster (+$20)
- Prices do not include sales tax or gratuity
- Travel fees may apply for locations over 30 miles
- Payment is due in full before or on the day of the event
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance: Deposit can be credited toward your next reservation, valid for up to three months from the cancellation date
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: Deposit will be forfeited
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: A $200 cancellation fee will apply
6. Weather Policy
Our services are primarily conducted outdoors. In case of rain or inclement weather, the customer is responsible for providing adequate covering (tent, patio, etc.) for the chef to cook under. We can cook under tents and covered patios. If you choose to cancel due to weather, our standard cancellation policy applies.
7. Space Requirements
The customer must provide adequate space for the hibachi grill setup. Our grill size is 36 inches. No power is required, and the chef does not need the host to prepare an extra table. Please ensure there is enough space for the equipment to pass through and be set up comfortably.
8. Food Safety and Allergies
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
- Customers with severe allergies should be aware of the risks
9. Liability
Hibachi Chef Atlanta maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:
- Damage to property caused by inadequate space or unsafe conditions
- Injuries resulting from guest misconduct or failure to follow safety instructions
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
10. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an event if:
- Guests behave in a dangerous or disruptive manner
- The environment is deemed unsafe for hibachi cooking
- There is verbal or physical abuse toward our staff
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Hibachi Chef Atlanta and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
